We intend to be a tool to make more understandable the tax regulations, both for tax or non-tax practitioners participating in the industries of reference. We are a forum for clarification and a source of reliable information for those interested in learning about VAT, i.e: tax advisors, charter operators, sales brokers, managers.
Improve VAT Enforcement
We are a think tank of new ideas on strategic tax aspects. We want to produce suggestions to minize inconsistencies in the application of VAT.
As independent entity and in coorporation with the lobbing industry associations tax committees, this space for discussion intends to present formal proposals to the EU and National regulators for improvement of the tax landscape.
Authorities Awarness
We are a platform to share concerns with policy makers and tax authorities. As we are not part of any lobbing association, we play a neutral role in the presentation and discussion of tax issues.
This informal meeting point intends to involve decision makers in the day-to-day tax complexities faced in these sectors.

We aim to discuss on VAT and customs for the benefit of the public, operators, and practitioners by promoting the study and discussion of existing EU regulations and the exchange and dissemination of information and knowledge, which ultimately could lead to propose changesin the fiscal systems in the different EU Member States.
Participation is not restricted to EU members, we intend to involve participants established outside the EU to the extent those jurisdictions play an important role in the superyacht and business aviatoin industries in the EU marketplace.
